Only 100 barrels were chosen for this bottling, each toasted to a #4 alligator char and aged in Frankfort and Bardstown, Kentucky, giving the spirit a rich caramel flavor and baking spices. Toasted oak and stone fruit notes on the palate, with a black pepper finish, make this 111 proof bourbon stand out.
